We were deeply moved by the incredibly generous $6000 donation from UA Local 254. It’s heartwarming to see such kindness, especially knowing that we have supported some of their friends’ childhood cancer journeys. We are truly thankful for their ongoing support! THANK YOU!! ❤️🎗️

“Our Local Union represents the unionized Plumbers, Sprinkler Fitters, Welders, Steam Fitters, and HVAC Techs in Manitoba. We have approximately 1400 members who regularly work throughout Manitoba and across Canada. Our local has been in existence for over 110 years.

“This past summer, we hosted a sponsorship golf tournament at Transcona Golf Club. It was a great day of fun, with lots of laughs and sunshine. We held a silent auction, a 50/50 draw, and raised $6000 towards a worthwhile cause. Our group unanimously decided that the work done by the Candlelighters of Manitoba would be a great place to send the money.
