PRIZE 5: 1 night stay at Best Western Plus, Morden, and a $50 VB’s Entertainment Center gift card, valued at $200.
Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Support Group (Manitoba) Raffle
OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Support Group of Manitoba, which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to the Raffle. The Raffle is operated under Provincial Lottery Licence # LGCA 5210-RF-41219 and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws.
NET PROCEEDS: All net proceeds of the Raffle will benefit the Candlelighters Childhood Support Group of Manitoba (hereafter known as “Sponsor”) and the programs that Sponsor supports.

ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER: During the dates and times and other details specified below, raffle tickets are available for purchase in person at events. You may also visit www.manitobacandlelighters.org for more information or to purchase tickets via etransfer. Tickets may only be purchased or sold in Manitoba. Board Members of Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Support Group (Manitoba), people involved in the conduct and management of the raffle, their spouses and any person residing in the same household, are NOT allowed to purchase tickets. Only Manitoba residents aged 18+ are eligible to win.
PURCHASING RAFFLE ENTRIES: The following prices and corresponding “ticket numbers” are available for purchase for the Raffle: 1 ticket for $25. Sales will end at 11:00 am September 30th, 2023 with the draw made shortly after 12:00 pm.
NUMBER OF RAFFLE TICKETS: A maximum 6,000 tickets available to be sold. The maximum value of ticket sales is $150,000.
THE DRAWS: All draws will be: September 30, 2023 @ 12:00 pm at Rhineland Car Co Ltd, 60 Main St Altona, MB. Every ticket holder has the right to witness the draw. The winner does not need to be present at the draw and will be contacted by phone per the information they submitted at time of purchase. The winning numbers will be announced at the event, on social media and posted to the Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Support Group (Manitoba)’s website. Prizes will be awarded to the name on the ticket. If more than one name is on a ticket, the Sponsor will only issue the prize to the individual listed first on the tickets. The Sponsor is not responsible for any disputes. The winning tickets will be drawn in person. The winner will have 60 calendar days from the draw date to claim their prize. If the prize goes unclaimed beyond their hold date, the sponsor will draw another ticket.
DETERMINATION OF OFFICIAL WINNER(S): To become an Official Winner: (1) a Potential Winner must be eligible to participate in the Raffle under these Official Rules and must not be in violation of these Official Rules as determined in Sponsor’s sole judgment; (2) that Potential Winner must claim the prize by the deadline specified above. The winner must provide his/her name, address and phone number with picture identification to claim the prize. A scan of a valid photo identification card (i.e., driver’s license, firearm possession permit, passport, etc.) is acceptable.
AWARD OF PRIZE(S) TO OFFICIAL WINNER(S): Prizes will be awarded to the Potential Winners who have been designated by Sponsor as Official Winners. The winners’ names will be published. Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Support Group (Manitoba) is not responsible for any licensing, registration, taxes or insurance of the truck. Transfer of ownership will be made to the winner. Winner assume all responsibilities of owning the vehicle, including but not limited to registration, insurance, maintenance and repairs, at the time of transfer of ownership.
